New Hire Technical Assessment

This program is a performance-based evaluation designed to assess the technical proficiency and professional readiness of candidates for a full-time developer role. It is not a traditional course with lectures; instead, it is a series of practical assessments that simulate real-world project challenges.

Participants will be evaluated on their ability to deliver high-quality code, meet deadlines, and demonstrate critical thinking. The core technologies assessed include JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React, and Node.js. Successful completion of this assessment program is a key requirement for consideration for an Intern position.

Internship Learning Program

Welcome to our comprehensive Anthena Group Intern Learning program. This program is designed to guide you from the absolute basics of web pages to building complex, full-stack applications. You'll master front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and React, understand the core principles of the JavaScript language, and learn to build powerful back-end servers with Node.js.

The course is divided into 3 parts. Each part has a two-month learning period, concluding with an assessment to solidify your knowledge before moving to the next topic.
